You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and developing a passionate team at Hot Topic, a pop culture retailer. You'll drive in-store customer engagement and run an operationally sound business. This part-time onsite role offers a chance to lead in a fun, music and pop culture environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate store team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Provide leadership on operations, loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds.
