• Administer onboarding, leave management, and offboarding.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of People Operations program ownership.
• Ability to autonomously handle high volume administrative tasks.
• Analytical mindset with intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and vendor coordination.
