Description

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on solar utility and sub-station equipment at sites near Becker, Minnesota. This role involves troubleshooting electrical components, documentation, and ensuring safety and professionalism in all tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in commercial/industrial O&M on solar power plants preferred
• Preventative maintenance experience on solar utility equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and installation skills
• Experience with inverters, tracker systems, or substation equipment (TMEIC, SMA, Sungrow, etc.) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in ambient temperatures

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of solar utility and sub-station equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical components using meters, meggers, amp clamps
• Document work orders, time logs, inventory control, and emergency schedules
• Ensure proper working order of installed solar equipment
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely per company policy
