Description

As a BAYADA Nurse, you will use your clinical skills to treat patients in their homes, managing care from hospital discharge to independent living. You'll provide skilled nursing, wound care, and patient education while ensuring comfort and safety.

Requirements

• Active and current RN license in Pennsylvania
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Prior home care experience required
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Strong assessment, communication, and compassionate care skills

Responsibilities

• See clients through care needs from hospital discharge to safe home life
• Deliver skilled nursing including medication administration, wound care, and comfort care
• Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight
• Perform client assessments and provide education to patients and families
• Monitor patient condition and provide supportive care
