You'll support institutional clients in their daily digital asset trading activities, handling post-trade life-cycle operations for various digital assets. You'll ensure timely settlements and reconciliations while implementing risk mitigation strategies for a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage counterparty and client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
• Monitor progress towards meeting established KPIs for trade operations.
• Support day-to-day spot, lending, and derivatives operations.
• Perform cash positioning and inventory management for product flows.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting settlement activities for institutional clients.
• Experience with crypto-native institutions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility to identify risks.
