Description

You will build and lead CHAOS's R&D-focused business with DoD and U.S. Government labs, identifying and shaping early-stage opportunities, aligning technical capabilities to customer needs, and driving capture execution from initial engagement through award.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. Government acquisition process including FAR and non-traditional pathways
• Experience supporting Federal R&D proposals/white papers with demonstrated success capturing complex low TRL awards
• Experience building trust with technical and operational stakeholders
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous opportunity monitoring across R&D solicitation channels (BAAs, CSOs, SBIR/STTR, consortium/OTA ecosystems)
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of future capability opportunities with DoD/UGS laboratories and innovation organizations
• Develop capture plans at both strategic and tactical levels aligned with business priorities
• Lead win themes for R&D capture content including abstracts, white papers, and full proposals
• Attend and lead customer engagements including program manager meetings, lab visits, demonstrations, and conferences
