Description

You will lead the development of project goals through all phases, under the guidance of a Senior Interior Designer. Your role involves evaluating client needs, coordinating FFE, and producing drawings within budget and schedule constraints, while mentoring junior staff and participating in construction administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• NCIDQ certification preferred
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative design portfolio and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project goals through all phases (Programming, SD, DD, CD, CA)
• Evaluate client needs and document design objectives and spatial requirements
• Research, evaluate and coordinate FFE throughout all phases
• Coordinate design work, standards, and code compliance with team
• Mentor and supervise less experienced interior design staff
