• Lead design and execution of risk management frameworks for merchant risk and fraud.
• Define risk control policies and workflows ensuring compliance.
• Develop analytics using SQL, Python, and BI tools to detect threats.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align risk strategies with business goals.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in risk management within fintech, crypto, or payments.
• At least 2 years in a team leadership or strategic role.
• Deep expertise in merchant risk, KYB/KYC, and fraud detection.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
