💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Vance and Warren counties. You'll perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and the support of a multi-disciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care and safety.

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills for documentation on a touch pad tablet.

• Prior home care experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
