You'll join Bespoke Labs to build the modern post-training stack for enterprises, enabling custom models and agents. You'll help enterprises exceed frontier performance with open-source models through methodical post-training. We also train task-specific models and agents ourselves.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the post-training stack for enterprise deployment.
• Develop custom models and agents using open-source models.
• Optimize GPU kernels for significant cost savings.
• Train task-specific models for client needs.

📋 Requirements

• Created and maintained a popular open-source project.
• Deployed optimizations to GPU kernels with measurable savings.
• Won IMO or equivalent competition.
• Achieved Olympic level in sports or academics.

• Experience with enterprise deployment of AI models.
• Background in inference optimization.
• Proven track record in agent development.
