๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the full-funnel revenue operations at Kernel, an AI-native data platform. You'll build and maintain Salesforce, marketing CRM, and GTM automations, driving the data foundation that powers enterprise AI. This role is unique because you'll use Kernel internally, developing deep product intuition that feeds back into how we sell.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Salesforce end-to-end with focus on data integrity.
- Build marketing CRM infrastructure: forms, lists, segmentation.
- Drive GTM engineering using tools like Clay, Unify, and Claude.
- Own revenue reporting and dashboards for pipeline and forecasting.
๐ Requirements
- 3-6 years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Salesforce admin-level proficiency to build from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with marketing CRM and campaign infrastructure.
- Comfort with GTM tooling and automation (e.g., n8n, Unify, Zapier).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience as an early RevOps hire at a Seed-to-Series B startup.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Exposure to outbound and ABM tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense).
