💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain the data infrastructure powering Andela's business intelligence and analytics. You'll embed in business functions to proactively identify analytical opportunities and deliver insights. This role drives data as a product for self-service analytics across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed in assigned business functions to understand priorities and challenges.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks for business monitoring.
• Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, with clear success metrics.
• Develop forecasting and predictive models for strategic planning.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related role
• Advanced SQL skills for complex analyses
• Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Proficiency in R or Python for statistical modeling and advanced visualization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LookerML semantic layer
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
