💼 About This Role

You'll build the research practice within Shift4 Labs, a customer-led product incubator. Your work will directly shape payment experiences for hundreds of thousands of merchants. This role offers a unique chance to establish usability evaluation processes and grow into generative research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and implement research initiatives based on product roadmaps.
• Conduct usability evaluations including moderated, unmoderated, and prototype testing.
• Apply diverse research methods such as interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and influence stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of UX research experience with usability testing focus.
• Excellence in evaluative research methods (usability testing, A/B testing).
• Experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to independently drive multiple concurrent projects in agile environment.

• Working knowledge of Figma.
