You'll serve as the front desk point of contact for medical record requests and ensure compliant Release of Information services at a single onsite healthcare location. You'll play a critical role in timely and accurate handling of patient data while supporting a driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as front desk contact for patient walk-ins requesting medical records
• Process Release of Information (ROI) requests accurately and timely
• Fax, scan, and manage incoming and outgoing medical record requests
• Burn medical images to CDs and share images electronically

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing front desk environment
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

• Previous experience in healthcare or medical records
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Customer service experience
