As a Multi-Site Sr. Property Manager at Bozzuto, you will lead property operations, manage financial performance, and drive sales and marketing to achieve occupancy and retention goals. You'll coach your team, build strong relationships with owners, residents, and vendors, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years property management, hospitality, or retail experience
• Track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Experience managing budget and P&L
• Proficiency with YARDI and strong financial skills (GAAP knowledge)
