🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and build tech-touch programs for customer value at scale.
- Oversee Camunda Academy into an AI-personalized learning environment.
- Evolve SuccessCenter into context-aware, conversational AI services.
- Build digital adoption and risk mitigation programs across post-sale lifecycle.
- Automate customer journeys using Camunda for repeatable playbooks.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success or similar functions.
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer experiences like chatbots.
- Deep understanding of post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
