🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and build tech-touch programs for customer value at scale.
  • Oversee Camunda Academy into an AI-personalized learning environment.
  • Evolve SuccessCenter into context-aware, conversational AI services.
  • Build digital adoption and risk mitigation programs across post-sale lifecycle.
  • Automate customer journeys using Camunda for repeatable playbooks.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or similar functions.
  • 3+ years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer experiences like chatbots.
  • Deep understanding of post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
