🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee new employee onboarding and support hiring leaders
• Facilitate needs assessment and design interactive training programs
• Develop e-learning courses using adult learning methodology
• Manage LMS, reporting, and administrative tasks

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development
• 1+ year using eLearning authoring tools (preferably Articulate 360)
• 1+ year administering learning management systems
• Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology or related field
• Experience facilitating classroom and virtual training
