You'll define the architecture and long-term evolution of Syndio's data platform as we scale into AI-driven products. You'll own technical direction for how data is structured, standardized, and activated across the company, with a focus on enabling LLM-powered systems and decisioning workflows. This role involves solving complex challenges like multi-tenant schema standardization and retrieval-ready data modeling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build data pipelines for AI and analytics products
• Define schema standardization and data modeling for multi-tenant platform
• Establish data contracts, governance, and lineage tracking
• Build event-driven data flows for LLM-powered systems

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in data engineering or distributed systems roles
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with data warehousing and pipeline orchestration
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS

• Experience building AI-native data platforms
• Background in compensation or HR data domains
• Experience with event-driven streaming architectures
