• Address customer needs and assist account managers
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Create quotes, sales orders, and upload data on customer portals

📋 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in Industrial Distribution (hydraulic, pneumatic, fluid power)
• Working experience with Trend software
