Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Samsara, you will resolve complex hardware and software issues for customers using the Connected Operations Cloud, impacting industries like agriculture, construction, and transportation. You'll collaborate with global support teams, manage tickets, and provide product feedback to Engineering.

Requirements

  • B.S. or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of technical support experience
  • Strong technical background and customer-facing skills
  • Experience managing tickets and building knowledge base articles
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Samsara's IoT product portfolio
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues of medium to high complexity
  • Respond to customers and resolve inquiries to meet SLA goals
  • Author and maintain customer-facing knowledge base articles
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to reproduce bugs and build testbeds
