💼 About This Role

You'll lead two squads building the advisor experience for a HR/payroll platform serving small businesses. Your core impact is ensuring trusted partners seamlessly onboard and manage their book of business. You'll also coach and develop your direct reports while driving product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Advisors teams
• Align strategy with company objectives through OKRs
• Partner with Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing leadership
• Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution
• Coach team in customer-centric practices and improve product performance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional squads
• Track record in FinTech, HRTech, or Healthcare regulatory spaces
• Proven ability to coach and develop direct reports
