You'll embed AI into growth marketing across performance marketing, CRM, and creative production. You'll ship AI-powered tools that automate workflows and accelerate decision-making. This is a rare hybrid role combining engineering and growth practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered tools for bid strategy and budget pacing
• Develop AI workflows for ad copy and creative generation
• Implement AI personalization across email, SMS, push
• Create internal AI tools like dashboards and Slack bots

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of engineering or technical experience
• Proficiency in Python or Typescript
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Ability to ship working prototypes over specifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Make, etc.)
• Prior work at a DTC subscription company or growth-stage startup
• Familiarity with Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
