You'll design and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex software systems in a remote-first public sector environment. You'll collaborate with Agile teams to reduce defects and improve software quality. This role offers exposure to large-scale systems and structured QA processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute end-to-end test cases based on requirements
• Ensure test coverage across system, integration, regression, and UAT
• Create and maintain test scripts, data, and regression packs
• Document test results and maintain defect logs

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software testing experience
• Manual testing expertise including system, integration, and regression
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Ability to create structured test cases from technical specifications

• Test automation exposure
• Experience in Agile environments
• ISTQB certification
