Description

You will lead the development and production transition of complex warhead designs. Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, support prototype fabrication and testing, and coordinate comprehensive test plans to deliver cutting-edge ordnance technology.

Requirements

• Experience preparing engineering documentation (specifications, test procedures, technical reports, drawings)
• Experience with design for manufacturing
• Experience with project schedules and cost estimating reports

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and resources for multiple warhead designs from prototype to production
• Support creation of high-fidelity prototype parts and effectiveness testing
• Manage arena and system-level munitions testing end-to-end
• Support development and execution of comprehensive test plans
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders
