You'll manage fellowship operations, support talent placement, and build resources to navigate the AI safety ecosystem. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Run logistics of fellowship application cycles.
• Support placement of fellows into AI safety roles.
• Build and maintain guides and resources for talent navigation.
• Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback for program improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in program management, consulting, or talent.
• Own work start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal judgment and trust-building skills.
• Clear communication across diverse audiences.
