Description

You will manufacture fluid systems for Terran R rockets, performing tasks such as raw material preparation, CNC tube bending, dimensional inspection, end finishing, hydrostatic proof testing, precision cleaning, and insulation wrapping. This is a hands-on role where you collaborate with engineers to build primary structures, optimize processes, and solve real-time challenges in a factory environment.

Requirements

• Experience in tube bending and fluid system manufacturing
• Proficiency with dimensional inspection tools
• Ability to follow precise technical procedures
• Capability to work a 50-hour workweek with occasional overtime
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect raw materials for fluid systems
• Operate CNC tube bending machinery
• Perform dimensional part inspection
• Execute end finishing tasks (trimming, facing, flaring)
• Conduct hydrostatic proof testing and precision cleaning
