You'll lead onboarding and training sessions for Solace's advocate team, ensuring they have the support to help patients navigate healthcare challenges. Your expertise will directly improve the advocate-patient journey in a mission-driven startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding sessions for new advocates
• Act as primary touchpoint for advocate questions
• Develop clinical content and protocols
• Ensure adherence to Solace's protocols

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active license in good standing (RN, LCSW, etc.)
• 3 years in care management or care coordination

• Prior experience as Solace advocate
• Comfortable leading virtual training sessions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
