💼 About This Role

You'll support junior-role hiring, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment operations at Plaud, a fast-growing AI company. You'll learn end-to-end recruiting in a tech environment while working closely with the TA team. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates
• Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and weekly pipeline updates
• Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach

📋 Requirements

• Strong learning agility and adaptability to pick up tools quickly
• High attention to detail in managing coordination and data accuracy
• Clear professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to commit 3 days/week for 3 months (Jan–May/June)
