You'll manage high-level executive escalations and social media inquiries for the world's leading live event ticket marketplace. You'll act as a brand ambassador, resolving complex issues and improving customer experiences. This role combines strategic insight with frontline advocacy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Address customer inquiries on social media with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Monitor and moderate online community discussions.
- Create and update customer resource articles.
- Manage escalated inquiries from executives and social management team.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok).
- Ability to work in-office 3 days per week.
