🎯 What You'll Do

  • Address customer inquiries on social media with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Monitor and moderate online community discussions.
  • Create and update customer resource articles.
  • Manage escalated inquiries from executives and social management team.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days per week.
