You'll own relationships with key schools, helping them hire smarter and faster using Zen Educate's online platform. Your work will directly help schools save money and redirect funds to classrooms and teacher pay. This is a mission-driven role in a rapidly scaling EdTech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead school leaders through recruitment processes with a consultative approach
• Pick up the phone and build genuine relationships with key schools
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Tech team to enhance school experience
• Share feedback with product team about school needs on the platform

• Proven track record of hitting sales targets or similar KPIs
• Confident picking up the phone, handling objections, and building trust
• Naturally enthusiastic and curious with a growth mindset
