💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales teams across multiple rental locations in the Northeast for EquipmentShare, a company transforming the construction industry with innovative technology. You'll drive performance by recruiting, training, and coaching while managing territory metrics and revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop sales team members
• Conduct monthly reviews with sales reps to understand territory and trends
• Monitor sales metrics including fleet utilization and new account production
• Assist with on-site equipment rental, sales, and service as needed

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in management
• Outside sales history or sales management experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
