Description

You will design and oversee high-level software architecture decisions to ensure scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable systems. You'll bridge business requirements and technical implementation, guiding teams through best practices to build world-class, data-driven products for the maritime industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience
• At least 5 years in an architectural or senior technical role

Responsibilities

• Define and document software architecture aligned with business goals and scalability needs
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee code quality and architecture compliance through peer reviews, technical audits, and mentoring
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system performance
