You will lead a team handling global law enforcement requests at Roblox, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and process improvements. Your work directly supports safety and legal obligations while shaping the future of human interaction on the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years in law enforcement response, trust safety operations, or legal operations.
• 2+ years people-management experience with direct reports.
• Deep familiarity with US and International criminal legal process, ECPA, CLOUD Act.
• Proven track record managing an operations queue at scale.
• Experience building SOPs, training programs, QA frameworks, and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of LE Ops agents, including goal-setting, performance management, and career development.
• Own queue health and operational performance, delivering on SLA, quality, and compliance targets.
• Design and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training for your area.
• Partner with Legal, Policy, Privacy Eng, and Safety to implement new legal or regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident-driven and media-sensitive workstreams, ensuring tight coordination with cross-functional teams.
