You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues at client sites in East Auckland, providing face-to-face and ticket-based support. You'll troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues. This role offers a chance to work with the latest technologies in a supportive environment.

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Document and track issues using a ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues and follow up to resolution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • NZ Citizenship or permanent residency
  • NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
  • Practical technical knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, Azure AD, firewalls, switching, and wireless
  • Attention to detail for daily timesheets

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with FortiGate firewalls
  • Experience with Ruckus or Aruba wireless
  • Familiarity with education sector IT
