You will design and ship production-ready ML models across diverse problem spaces, own end-to-end ML development from data gathering to monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact ML-powered systems that help auto shops thrive.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years industry experience in applied machine learning
• Proven experience shipping ML models to production
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong foundations in classical ML/DL (regression, classification, clustering, ranking, feature engineering, model evaluation)
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production-ready ML models (regression, classification, clustering, ranking, recommendation)
• Conduct end-to-end ML development: data gathering, experimentation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring
• Define model performance metrics, run A/B tests, iterate based on feedback
• Implement shared feature stores for reusable features in batch and real-time contexts
• Implement NLP and LLM-powered components for sentiment analysis, conversation evaluation, and behavior optimization
