Description

You will design and deliver scalable learning programs that enable employees, partners, and customers to confidently use Ridgeline's multi-tenant, public cloud investment management platform. You'll partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate strategic goals into training programs, certifications, and enablement resources that accelerate adoption and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing educational content in B2B SaaS environment, ideally fintech or investment management
• Experience with learning development tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise/360, or Camtasia
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude Code
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning experiences
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable learning programs including onboarding, role-based academies, certifications, and job aids
• Translate business strategies and performance goals into learning roadmaps, curricula, and enablement plans
• Develop engaging course content using modern learning platforms, LMS technologies, and AI-enabled tools
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as time-to-productivity and certification outcomes
• Champion inclusive and accessible learning experiences for diverse roles and locations
