Description

You will own core accounting tasks such as cash reconciliations, fixed asset management, journal entries, and month-end close processes, while supporting the Accountant and Accounting Manager in a dynamic, international finance team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
• Previous general accounting experience
• Technical accounting skills (Netsuite, Excel)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Lead cash reconciliations for multiple companies and banks
• Post Prepaid expenses and track them for accuracy
• Fixed asset management, depreciation and amortization entries
• Assist in monthly closings, prepare Journal entries and accruals
• Review expense reports and analyze expenses monthly
