You'll join the Customer Services team to lead SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor on the Highspot platform. Your work will directly drive customer adoption and revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gain deep product knowledge and integrate Highspot with customer systems
• Design solutions, develop project plans, and execute timely delivery
• Train and enable users to maximize platform capabilities
• Support sales process and partner with engineering on product feedback

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience (consulting, client management, or sales engineering)
• Bachelor's degree required (STEM preferred)
• Proven end-to-end SaaS implementation experience
