Description

As a Technical Account Management Intern at Okta, you'll help customers implement and adopt Okta's identity products, learning how to communicate technical concepts and drive customer success. You'll support customer engagements, assist with playbook initiatives, and gain experience in IAM and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, etc.) graduating Dec 2026 or Spring 2027
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform data analysis
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and quick learner
• Passion for SaaS/Cloud technology with technical acumen

Responsibilities

• Communicate alignment of Okta products with customer identity goals through demonstrations and presentations
• Observe Technical Account Managers to build knowledge of customer goals and IAM best practices
• Support playbook initiatives and process development
• Manage multiple projects, perform customer research, generate reports, and analyze data
• Present to external customers and executives
