💼 About This Role

You'll support Payroll clients, working with sales, implementation, and partners to ensure a delightful experience. You'll resolve technical tickets and identify software defects to improve the product. This role offers a hybrid workplace in Mexico City.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to technical support tickets and troubleshoot issues
• Reach out to customers by phone or screen share as needed
• Diagnose and document software defects and escalate to management
• Manage personal queue of customer tickets and identify trends

📋 Requirements

• Previous background with Payroll and HR Systems
• High attention to detail
• Excel knowledge
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with restaurant management
• Understanding of basic accounting journal entry principles
• Understanding of labor accruals
