You'll help organize, consolidate, and strengthen our software for sustained impact, integrating with modern AI tooling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build new features and refactor existing code
• Integrate AI prompt-driven development workflows
• Review and guide external prototype applications
• Maintain test coverage and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5 years as a Software Engineer in web applications OR 2 years plus boot camp
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, APIs, Git, and web system design
• Ability to explain and verify AI-generated code
• Experience with scalable, organized systems beyond prototypes
