You'll handle complex, high-priority customer escalations for a fast-moving fintech company, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams. Your work will directly improve processes and support quality for Robinhood's diverse customer base.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve complex customer issues across phone, chat, email, and internal channels
  • Manage executive escalations involving senior stakeholders
  • Investigate complaints referred by regulatory bodies like SEC, FINRA, CFPB
  • Analyze trends and recommend process improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • 3+ years experience in customer support within financial services
  • Ability to assess complex situations and prioritize in time-sensitive scenarios
  • Comfort working independently including on-call support

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Series 66 and Series 24 (or 9/10) licenses
  • Experience with executive-level escalations
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes
