Description
You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies and evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (autism experience a plus)
- High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Ability to travel within 30-40 minute radius with reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA
- Use evidence-based practices for family progress
- Document session data to support treatment goals
