You'll manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor to ensure they achieve maximum value from our products. You'll drive product adoption, conduct business reviews, and identify growth opportunities. This role focuses on building strong relationships and proactively mitigating churn.

- Engage with assigned clients via regular communication cadence
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and success planning sessions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within portfolio
- Monitor product adoption and intervene on churn risks
๐ Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and relational skills
- Proven ability to drive customer retention
- Experience with consultative sales and negotiation
- Strong active listening and empathy
