💼 About This Role
You'll provide Tier 2 end-user support and hands-on deskside assistance to ensure employees are productive and office technology runs reliably. You'll serve as the primary escalation point from Tier 1 and MSP-handled issues, delivering advanced troubleshooting and a high level of customer experience. This role focuses on execution, resolution, and making a real impact on daily operations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Triage and resolve escalated Tier 2 incidents across hardware, OS, and M365
- Provide deskside support including workstation setup and break/fix
- Deploy and support office equipment and collaboration technology
- Contribute to knowledge base and ticket documentation
📋 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of IT support or hands-on technical role experience
- Strong troubleshooting with Windows and macOS
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 desktop and cloud apps
- Experience troubleshooting conferencing equipment
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in an MSP-supported environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft certifications
- Scripting/automation basics (PowerShell, Bash)
