💼 About This Role

You'll provide Tier 2 end-user support and hands-on deskside assistance to ensure employees are productive and office technology runs reliably. You'll serve as the primary escalation point from Tier 1 and MSP-handled issues, delivering advanced troubleshooting and a high level of customer experience. This role focuses on execution, resolution, and making a real impact on daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Triage and resolve escalated Tier 2 incidents across hardware, OS, and M365
  • Provide deskside support including workstation setup and break/fix
  • Deploy and support office equipment and collaboration technology
  • Contribute to knowledge base and ticket documentation

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of IT support or hands-on technical role experience
  • Strong troubleshooting with Windows and macOS
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 desktop and cloud apps
  • Experience troubleshooting conferencing equipment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in an MSP-supported environment
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft certifications
  • Scripting/automation basics (PowerShell, Bash)
