💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients and their families as a Universal Hospice RN. You'll manage a primary caseload in the West Liberty, Urbana, and Bellefontaine area. This role offers the opportunity to serve in a mission-focused ministry committed to transforming elder care delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate a primary caseload of hospice patients.
• Provide skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans and disease process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality end-of-life care.

📋 Requirements

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2-4 years of direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Ability to work in West Liberty, Urbana, and Bellefontaine areas
