You'll architect and execute ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB and Discovery, for a leading gaming company. Your work will build foundational systems that empower the organization with accurate insights into technology assets. This role offers a chance to drive AI innovation within IT operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CMDB and CSDM strategy implementation and governance.
• Manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping lifecycle.
• Build integrations via IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, and APIs.
• Identify opportunities for embedding GenAI and Agentic Workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Deep ServiceNow ITOM platform expertise.
• Advanced JavaScript including GlideRecord, GlideAjax, PowerShell.
• Expert-level Discovery patterns and error handling.
• Strong ITSM/ITIL framework knowledge.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML-assisted features.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
