💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with client businesses to uncover opportunities and design AI solutions that deliver real business value. Your core impact is driving client outcomes from first conversation through post-deployment adoption. You'll be embedded on-site with small and mid-size businesses, leading discovery and change management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted technical advisor translating AI capabilities into business value
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through client acquisition
• Lead AI Launchpad consulting service from discovery to delivery
• Embed with clients to map workflows and surface high-ROI automation opportunities
• Design future-state workflows with process diagrams and integration touchpoints

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Right to work in Australia without restriction
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, IT service management, operational leadership, or similar client-facing role
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets, ROI modeling, basic SQL, and quantitative reasoning
• Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities including LLMs, agents, and RAG systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior consulting experience at MBB, Big 4, Accenture, or boutique strategy/operations firm
• Experience leading process re-engineering or workflow automation engagements end-to-end
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or major SaaS systems
