💼 About This Role

You'll deliver small-group math instruction at a Boston charter school, using provided curricula to build student confidence and academic growth. Your impact comes through consistent, relationship-driven tutoring that fosters educational equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person, small-group tutoring sessions in Math to middle or high school students
• Adapt instruction to meet individual student needs and learning styles
• Track and report student progress using designated tools
• Foster a supportive, encouraging learning environment

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or currently enrolled in higher education
• Availability Monday-Thursday during school hours (7:15 am - 2:45 pm or 7:30 am - 2:30 pm)
• Ability to attend mandatory in-person training on August 10-11
• Start date of August 12 at the Boston school site

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience tutoring, mentoring, or working with youth
• Familiarity with Math instruction at the 6-12 level
