Description

In this dual-impact role, you will bridge legal compliance and data protection technology by designing privacy controls for the Netskope platform while serving as a strategic deputy to the Global DPO. You'll lead privacy-by-design reviews, integrate Privacy Enhancing Technologies, and influence high-level privacy strategy.

Requirements

• High-caliber privacy engineering experience bridging legal compliance and product engineering
• Experience with Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) such as differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, or k-anonymity
• Strong understanding of global data protection laws and regulatory compliance
• Ability to translate technical privacy risks into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Data Subject Rights (DSAR) operations

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy-first technical review of new product components to ensure compliance with Privacy by Design
• Direct integration of Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) like differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, and k-anonymity
• Serve as technical authority for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Data Subject Rights (DSAR) engine
• Support multi-jurisdictional compliance strategy and translate technical risks for board and audit committee
• Enhance DLP, DSPM, and AI/ML-driven data protection in AWS and corporate environments
